枸橼酸莫沙必利为新型胃肠动力促进剂,该药效果好,不良反应少,安全性高,临床上被广泛使用[1]. 我国国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)同美国、日本均采用在不同pH溶出介质中测定体外溶出曲线来评价药品内在质量差异[2],但目前该药溶出限度标准不一.
