Abstract
原发性输卵管癌 (primary fallopian tube carcinoma, PFTC)是一种非常少见的女性生殖道恶性肿瘤,其发病率约为0.14%~1.8%[1].从组织结构和临床表现上,它与上皮性卵巢癌非常相似,缺乏典型症状与体征,易误诊及漏诊.PFTC中浆液性腺癌最常见,49.5%~83.3%[1].现收集2010—2015年本院经手术及病理证实为原发性输卵管浆液性腺癌25例,探讨其相关临床特征及超声表现.
