目的介绍不同聚合物支架在组织工程中的研究进展.方法着重比较了采用PLGA(poly lactide-co-glycolide)等聚合物材料制备组织工程支架几种方法的特点以及支架体内外效应的研究.结果与结论随着新的聚合物骨架材料和骨架制备方法研究的日渐成熟,组织工程学将在促进人类健康和疾病治疗中发挥愈来愈重要的作用.
