目的:探讨医院开展处方审核现状及对策,为药师做好处方审核工作提供参考.方法:着重从药师、医师、患者三方面分析处方审核工作的现状和对策.结果:药师在处方审核过程中面临处方医师配合不够、患者对药师的信任度和依从性不强、药师专业素质不尽人意、服务中缺乏风险意识等问题.结论:药师必须提高自身业务素质和风险防范意识,转变服务观念,加强与医师的交流、患者的沟通才能做好处方审核工作.
