Abstract
Wilms肿瘤易感基因(Wilms tumor type 1,WT1)起初作为肿瘤抑制基因而被大家认识,而最近报道指出WT1作为原癌基因在正常造血系统细胞增殖分化过程中发挥着重要的作用,且预示着较差的肿瘤预后.表明WT1基因与疾病的发生、发展及预后存在密切关系.近年来对WT1基因的表达、突变与急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)疗效和预后的关系有进一步的研究进展.本文就近几年WT1在AML疾病中的作用进行了综述,旨在全面考虑该基因对于疾病的作用并对患者实施分层治疗,从而达到精准治疗.
