金樱子果籽和叶中9种必需元素的测定分析

Abstract
目的测定分析金樱子叶和果籽中9种必需元素的含量.方法采用酸式微波消解法处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定9种元素的含量.采用统计学软件SPSS10.0处理数据.结果果籽和叶中的元素含量(单位均为μg/g)分别是:Cu(8.954±2.873),(6.858±1.276);Zn(495.00±74.165),(428.04±7.989);Ca(5471.709±1131.849),(6646.291±386.202);Mg(1050.125±20.520),(1606.541±48.545);Mn(190.942±5.576),(647.100±22.189);Cr(2.884±0.222),(7.620±0.714);Ni(2.697±0.585),(10.158±0.357);Fe(162.666±49.998),(363.209±57.044);Co(11.534±0.939),(11.725±3.591).结论金樱子果籽和叶均含有丰富的必需元素,叶的Mn、Cr、Ni、Fe、Ca含量高于果籽,两者之间有显著性统计学意义.
