RP-HPLC 法测定盐酸加替沙星胶囊含量

Abstract
目的：提高临床用药的质量控制，采用反向高效液相（RP-HPLC）法测定盐酸加替沙星胶囊含量。方法采用 Hypersil-ODSC18色谱柱，流动相：乙腈—水—十二烷基硫酸钠（500：500：3.5），检测波长：292nm；流速：1.0ml/ min。结果加替沙星在0.06~0.8mg/ ml 范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.65%，RSD =0.78%（n =6）。结论 RP-HPLC 法具有简便，准确，测定结果可靠等优点。可作为盐酸加替沙星胶囊含量测定。
