2种不同设计方法优化红梅消总皂苷双水相提取工艺研究

Abstract
目的:确定红梅消中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺.方法:以红梅消总皂苷含量为指标,通过星点设计与混料设计2种不同设计方法优化双水相提取中各相质量百分比,预测出双水相提取红梅消总皂苷的最优工艺.结果:预测值与实测值无显著差异.星点设计法总皂苷的最佳提取条件:硫酸铵12.14%、乙醇40.01%、总皂苷的含量为2.95%;混料设计法总皂苷的最佳提取条件:硫酸铵11%,乙醇37%、总皂苷的含量为3.10%.结论:2种设计方法均适用于优化双水相提取中各相质量百分比,可行性高,结果可靠;双水相体系对红梅消总皂苷有较好的提取作用,工艺简单、节能、易操作,且易放大于工业生产.
