中药黄精为百合科植物滇黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Coll.et Hemsl.)、黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Red.)或多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua)的干燥根茎.味甘性平.具有补气养阴,健脾润肺益肾之功效[1].主要含有多糖、甾体皂苷、蒽醌类化合物、生物碱、强心苷、木质素、维生素和多种氨基酸等化合物.其中黄精多糖(Polygonatum sibiricum poly-saccharides,PSP)是其主要药效活性物质.为深入系统研究黄精多糖的药用价值,现对其药理作用及临床应用进展作以综述,旨在为后续开发提供参考.
