目的:测定10%薄荷醑中薄荷油的含量.方法:用旋光度测定法测定薄荷油含量.结果:薄荷油在8%～12%浓度范围内与旋光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),方法的平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.4%.结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,重现性好.
