Abstract
新生儿糖尿病(neonatal diabetes mellitus,NDM)少见,在欧美发生率为1/400,000～500,000[1].此病可分为新生儿暂时性糖尿病(TNDM)和新生儿永久性糖尿病(PNDM);TNDM为暂时性的,故又称假性糖尿病.NDM最早报道于1852年,Kitsell报道2例新生婴儿出生数日内出现多尿、烦躁、脱水、尿布有甜味,面容憔悴、衰弱等症状,出生6个月时死于泌尿系统感染.
