Abstract
近年来,遗传毒理学界对磷脂酰肌醇聚糖A(Pig-a)基因突变的研究提示其可成为量化体内和体外突变事件的潜在工具.本文综述近年来发表的Pig-a相关的研究文献,从Pig-a基因突变检测方法进展、药物遗传毒性评价中的应用进行归纳,详细地总结了Pig-a基因突变在大鼠中的应用,并对Pig-a基因突变试验跨物种研究的探索以及NGS技术对Pig-a基因突变检测作一阐述,为后续研究提供参考.
