Abstract
胰岛素自身免疫综合征（IAS）亦称Hirata病,是一种临床少见的自发低血糖症,是由于内源性胰岛素诱导高浓度免疫活性胰岛素（IRI）和高效价胰岛素自身抗体（IAA）大量生成导致的自身免疫性疾病 [1] 。在日本IAS是继胰岛素瘤和胰外肿瘤之后,引起严重低血糖的第三位因素,至2016年为止国内外共报道IAS患者400余例 [2] 。研究认为IAS的发病机制可能是患者存在易感基因的基础上,与机体自身免疫缺陷及外部诱因等共
