电子日记相较于传统纸质日记在数据标准化、实时传输、远程查看等方面优势明显,同时具有可溯源、可移动等特点.本文通过介绍一项本院开展的治疗膀胱过度活动症的国际多中心药物临床试验,明确了电子日记的基本架构、填写要求和使用情况,并提出了电子日记的技术改进建议和未来趋势展望,为今后开展更多电子日记辅助研究提供参考.
