Abstract
沙美特罗替卡松(salmeterol/fluticasone)粉吸入剂(商品名舒利迭,Xeretide)为沙美特罗和氟替卡松的复方制剂,沙美特罗是一种选择性的长效肾上腺素β2受体激动剂,具有扩张支气管作用.氟替卡松为糖皮质激素,用于控制哮喘,疗效显著[1,2],引起全身过敏反应罕见.我院1例病人因应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂引起全身过敏反应,报道如下.
