Abstract
目的 研究斑蝥的不良反应发生规律和特点,以期为安全合理使用斑蝥提供参考.方法 检索斑蝥相关的不良反应文献,分析斑蝥的不良反应特点及风险因素.结果 纳入文献84篇,病例报告112例.斑蝥的不良反应涉及人体多个系统-器官.引发不良反应的主要原因是毒性反应和不合理用药.结论 加强监管对斑蝥的安全合理用药具有重要意义.
