老药新用抗耐药细菌感染的研究进展

Abstract
抗生素应用到临床治疗已经有70多年的历史,由于抗生素的不合理使用乃至滥用,细菌耐药问题日益严重.然而,新型抗生素开发成本高、周期长且效益低,医药公司对新型抗生素的研究和开发缺乏兴趣,导致传统抗生素治疗面临严峻挑战.近年来有研究发现,一些已被批准用于临床或正在进行临床试验的非抗感染药物也有抗感染作用,如金诺芬、依布硒林和塞来昔布等.本文将对这些非抗感染药物抗感染作用的研究进展进行综述,以便为克服抗生素耐药提供新思路.
