去甲基金霉素发酵液大孔树脂吸附分离的研究

Abstract
目的 开发一种新的去甲基金霉素提取工艺.方法 采用树脂动态吸附解吸的方法,从发酵液滤液中分离去甲基金霉素,HPLC检测结果.结果 大孔吸附树脂HZ816的动态吸附量为61925 μg/mL,使用70％乙醇100mL/h的流速,可有效解吸树脂柱上吸附的去甲基金霉素,解吸收率达85.72％.结论 大孔吸附树脂HZ816可以用来从发酵液中分离纯化去甲基金霉素,该方法简单、易行,为该产品的工业生产应用提供基础.
