Abstract
干扰素(interferon,IFN)是由细胞基因控制,在特定诱导剂作用下产生的一类高活性、多功能蛋白质,具有广谱抗病毒、抗细胞分裂和免疫调节等多种生物活性.传统的干扰素制剂为注射剂,临床存在使用不便、体内生物半衰期较短、引发抗体产生、全身用药后药物分布到达病灶的数量有限、大剂量用药不良反应较多(流感样综合征、疲乏综合征、神经系统毒性)等问题.
