Abstract
儿童过敏性疾病的发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势.该病主要临床表现为致敏原引发的哮喘、鼻炎、特应性皮炎、结膜炎、食物过敏及过敏性休克等.但受小儿临床药理学的发展与应用的限制,部分药物无儿童剂型,且因缺乏临床研究依据而导致用药剂量不规范、不统一,本文就儿童抗过敏药物临床应用研究进展作一综述,旨在为临床儿童用药提供理论依据.
