Abstract
心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床常见心律失常之一,其可并发血栓栓塞、卒中(stroke)等并发症,严重威胁患者生命.决奈达隆(dronedarone)是近十年来惟一获批上市的、用于长期节律控制的新型抗心律失常药物.本文就国内、外AF患者应用决奈达隆的临床效果及经济学评价进行综述,以期为临床应用决策和医保等相关卫生政策制定提供参考.
