Abstract
在天然产物结构解析中,常遇到立体化学问题(手性碳、轴不对称或面不对称).确定其立体化学不仅是天然产物化学的重要内容之一,而且对阐明分子的靶向功能具有重要意义.现代波谱技术为天然产物构型确定提供了可靠的方法.本文结合作者的研究实例,综述应用现代波谱在若干海洋天然产物结构解析中的应用实例.
