Abstract

目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定普鲁卡因肾上腺素滴眼剂中普鲁卡因的含量.方法:分别采用重氮化法和紫外法进行比较.结果:重氮化法平均回收率为108.4%,RSD为0.40%;紫外法平均回收率100.9%,RSD为0.44%.结论:重氮化法测定时附加剂有干扰,紫外法结果准确,测定方法简便.
