Abstract
目的:评价不同水煎煮工艺对健脾祛风汤中羌活挥发油的影响,并制订最佳煎煮工艺。方法采用正交实验设计,以羌活挥发油的含量为考察指标,优化煎煮工艺。结果煎煮时间对健脾祛风汤中的羌活挥发油的含量影响最大,浸泡时间次之,煎煮温度和煎煮压力的影响并不明显。结论健脾祛风汤中羌活挥发油的最佳煎煮条件是在正常大气压下,药材浸泡30 min,然后在100℃沸水中煎煮20 min。
