Abstract
1例女性患者因泌尿系统感染入院,给予头孢孟多酯抗感染,同时予补液维持.3 d后,患者自服藿香正气水,约半小时后出现面部潮红、头晕、恶心、呕吐、呼吸困难等不适.根据用药史及患者症状表现,医师判断为“双硫仑样反应”,予平躺休息、面罩吸氧、静脉补液等对症治疗后患者恢复正常.
