Abstract
对毛菊苣(Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet)地上部分的化学成分进行研究.采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相等多种方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及光谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定.从中分离得到一个新的黄酮苷化合物,鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-[6″-O-(3-乙氧基-1,3-二氧代丙基)]-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(1).
