Abstract
目的:利用微卫星DNA技术进行体细胞克隆后获得个体的鉴定.方法:提取正常山羊、供核波尔山羊、本地受体山羊及克隆个体的基因组DNA,通过设计微卫星DNA多态PCR引物扩增微卫星DNA序列并对之进行微卫星DNA鉴定.结论:通过微卫星DNA序列的扩增,证明克隆个体为供核波尔山羊的克隆.
