Abstract
目的:研究四水合七钼酸铵细菌内毒素检查的可行性,建立检查方法.方法:参照《中国药典》2015年版四部细菌内毒素检查法.结果:四水合七钼酸铵0.15 mg/mL浓度及以下浓度时对鲎试剂凝集反应无增强或抑制作用,Es/Et均在0.5～2.0范围之内,确定无干扰.结论:四水合七钼酸铵中含内毒素的量应小于0.2 EU/mg.
