气相色谱法测定三黄珍珠膏中麝香酮的含量

Abstract
目的 建立三黄珍珠膏中麝香酮的含量测定方法.方法 采用气相色谱法对制剂中人工麝香的主要成分麝香酮进行定量分析.色谱柱:RTX-1701柱(30.0m×0.32mm,0.25 μm);程序升温:初始温度80.0℃,以10.0℃/min的速率升至180℃,保留30min;选样口温度:210℃,FID检测器温度:250.0℃.结果 麝香酮的线性范围为0.0130μg ～0.1044μg(r=0.9998);平均回收率为96.79％(RSD=1.17％).结论 方法准确可靠,专属性强,结果稳定,重现性好,可有效控制制剂质量.
