Abstract
目的 改良十味益脾颗粒口味,提高小儿用药的依从性.方法 采用添加甜味剂和香味剂对十味益脾颗粒进行口味改进,优化处方并制备小试样品,请10名志愿者进行小试样品和上市产品的对比评价.结果 矫味后十味益脾颗粒口味较原产品有较大改善.结论 成功进行了矫味,优化了十味益脾颗粒处方,更适宜儿童服用.
