Abstract
1例68 a女性眩晕患者在入院后第3天口服盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊75 mg,qd,服用1次约6h后出现言语混乱,烦躁不安,频繁走动等精神异常行为.停用文拉法辛,第2天患者完全恢复正常,余药继续使用,未再出现精神症状.
