Abstract
近年来,由于药用植物的大量开发应用、人工栽培的困难和品质退化等原因,导致许多药用植物资源严重短缺.而采用植物细胞或器官离体培养技术,可快速积累药用植物的活性成分,为资源短缺问题的解决提供了有效手段.本文从离体培养条件、天然活性成分的积累、离体培养体系三方面总结了药用植物离体培养近年来的研究进展.
