顺铂被广泛用于多种实体瘤的治疗,但严重的肾毒性限制了其临床应用,目前尚无有效药物能防治其肾损伤.低镁血症是顺铂化疗过程中极为常见的并发症,越来越多的研究表明补充镁能纠正低镁血症并减轻顺铂所致肾损伤.本文对镁在顺铂肾毒性中的保护作用进行综述.
