Abstract
目的 探讨临床药师在罕见药源性自身免疫性综合征诊治中的切入点.方法 临床药师在1例门冬胰岛素诱发自身免疫综合征患者的诊治中提供了全程化药学服务,对疾病确诊到用药方案的调整提出建议.结果 医师采纳建议,患者病情好转后出院.结论 临床药师协助医师制定了安全、有效的治疗方案,为患者提供药学监护,避免了临床罕见疾病的误诊、漏诊.
