气相色谱法测定小儿感冒颗粒中薄荷脑的含量

Abstract
目的:建立采用GC法测定小儿感冒颗粒中薄荷脑含量的方法,以评价小儿感冒颗粒的质量.方法:色谱条件为毛细管柱PEG-20M (30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);柱温为110℃;进样口温度为250℃;氮气压为40 kPa;氢气流速为40 mL/min;空气流速为450 mL/min;检测器温度为250℃.结果:薄荷脑质量浓度在0.027 4~0.438 1 mg/mL范围内与峰面积/内标面积之间呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.77%,RSD为1.80%,测得小儿感冒颗粒中薄荷脑含量为0.82 mg/g.结论:该法操作简便、快速、重现性好,可作为小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制.
