Abstract
目的 建立尿清颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长:270nm,流速:1ml·min-1.结果 丹参酮ⅡA线性范围为0.528～2.64μg,回收率(n=6)为99.14%,RSD=1.37%.结论 本方法分离效果好,准确可靠,是控制尿清颗粒内在质量的有效方法.
