左氧氟沙星(Levofloxacin,左旋氧氟沙星,左氟沙星)为第三代喹诺酮类药物氧氟沙星的左旋体.因其抗菌活性较强(比其对映右旋体高8～128倍),现已广泛应用于治疗敏感菌所致泌尿、呼吸、生殖系统等感染.多数资料认为治疗量的左氧氟沙星的不良反应较少,但近年来屡见其不良反应的报道,现综述如下:
