卡波姆(Carbomer,Carbopol或Carboxypolymethylene)又名卡波普,化学名为聚羧乙烯, 是一种高分丙烯酸交联聚合物.作为药用及化妆品辅料,在1957年被英美等国家的药典收载 .目前在国内已广泛地应用于化妆品和药品的研究生产中,并已有厂家生产该产品(如上海人民制药厂).本文综述了近年来卡波姆在药物制剂研究中的应用情况.
