Abstract
双氯芬酸是一种非甾体抗炎药(NSAID),具有抗炎、镇痛和解热效果,疗效确切,副作用发生率低,现已在全球广泛应用.我国从80年代开始研制并应用于临床,应用结果表明,抗炎镇痛解热作用较阿司匹林、曲马多、吲哚美辛、萘普生等强2～2.5倍,对手术后疼痛、胆绞痛、肾绞痛等有较强的镇痛作用.
