Abstract
目的 优选前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺.方法 通过Box-Behnken试验设计响应曲面法,对处方药材进行提取,以丹酚酸B和橙皮苷提取含量为响应值,优选最佳乙醇提取工艺条件,由此确定前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件.结果 前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件为:浓度为70％,用量为9倍,提取次数为3次.结论 此提取方法科学合理,稳定可行.
