Abstract
目的 建立HPLC法测定行连续性肾脏替代治疗患者肾脏超滤液中利奈唑胺的含量,反应滤器对利奈唑胺的清除情况,为其给药剂量调整提供可靠依据.方法 选用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(45:55),流速为1.0 ml ·min-1;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10 μl;运行时间6 min.采集行连续性肾脏替代治疗重症医学科患者肾脏超滤液,-20℃冻存,经冷冻干燥处理后,复溶进行含量测定.结果 利奈唑胺在1.00~40.00 μg·ml-1范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.54%(n=9),RSD为0.87%.结论 本方法简单、快速,结果准确、重复性好,适用于行连续性肾脏替代治疗肾脏超滤液中利奈唑胺的含量测定,能够反应滤器对利奈唑胺的清除情况.
