Abstract
目的 建立武力拔寒散的质量检测方法.方法 采用TLC鉴别花椒和白花菜子,采用GC法测定白花菜子中油酸的含量.结果 TLC鉴别斑点清晰,无干扰.油酸的线性范围为0.0981～0.981 mg ·ml-1,y=15.347X(r=0.9991).结论 本方法简单、快速、准确、重复性好,可为全面评价和控制武力拔寒散制剂提供质量依据.
