甲预胶囊对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用

Abstract
将72只昆明小鼠随机均分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、甲预胶囊高、中、低(40、20、10 g·kg-1)剂量组,各给药组ig给予相应剂量的药物,正常组、模型组ig给予等体积的0.5% CMC,连续7d.末次给药后2h,正常组ip给予花生油,其余各组ip给予0.1% CCL4花生油溶液.18 h后眼眶取血,检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性.与模型组比较,甲预胶囊中、高剂量组AST、ALT的活性均显著降低,表明甲预胶囊对四氯化碳致肝损伤模型小鼠具保护作用.
