Abstract
目的 分离和鉴定芹菜籽中苯酞类化合物.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱方法 分离纯化苯酞类化学成分,用波谱分析技术鉴定化合物结构.结果 从芹菜籽中分离制备得到3种主要的苯酞类化合物,分别鉴定为芹菜甲素、芹菜乙素和新蛇床内酯.结论 采用该法制备的样品纯度大于98%,可作为对照品使用.
