一株喜树内生菌的分离与发酵试验

Abstract
喜树碱是从喜树(Camptotheca acuminata Decne.)里提取的一种抗癌药物.但由于喜树中喜树碱的含量十分低,喜树碱的获取十分困难.在这个研究中,我们采用了组织块法从喜树的果实、树皮、叶片中分离筛选能够生产喜树碱的内生真菌,一共从分离得到了15株菌株.经过摇瓶发酵培养后,用TLC法与HPLC法对其菌丝体提取物进行分析,发现有1株菌株能够产生喜树碱(Camptothecin,CPT),其喜树碱产量为227 μg/L.且该菌株在常规的PDA液体培养基中易于培养、生长迅速,表明该菌是一株优良的喜树碱产生菌.
