Abstract
脉冲释药系统具有使药物经预定的时滞后快速或缓控释释放的特点.释药时滞的控制一是依靠外界刺激的触发,另一是依靠制剂本身设定的程序.目前,设计以外界因素刺激来触发脉冲释药的研究日益增多.在查阅近年文献基础上,综述了酶敏感、pH敏感、温度敏感及双敏感等新材料在具有脉冲特性的口服、膜剂、水凝胶和注射剂等给药系统中的应用进展.
