Abstract

根据雷美替胺的结构及合成工艺,制备了可能存在的4个有关物质:(R)-N-[2-(1,6,7,8-四氢-2H-茚并[5,4-b]-呋喃-8-基)乙基]丙酰胺(A)、N-[2-(1,6,7,8-四氢-2H-茚并[5,4-b]呋喃-8-基)乙基]乙酰胺(B)、N-[2-(4-溴-1,6,7,8-四氢-2H-茚并[5,4-b]呋喃-8-基)乙基]丙酰胺(C)、N-[2-(4,5-二溴-1,6,7,8-四氢-2H-茚并[5,4-b]呋喃-8-基)-乙基]丙酰胺(D),并经1H NMR、MS确证结构,以作为雷美替胺质量研究的参照物.
