Abstract
建立了高效液相色谱法测定紫杉醇原药中的14个己知有关物质及其校正因子.采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长227 nm.紫杉醇与14个有关物质分离完全,且在各自测定的浓度范围内线性关系良好.有关物质平均回收率为96.8％～113.4％,RSD为1.3％～6.4％.
