达格列净(dapagliflozin,1),化学名为(2S,3R,4R,5S,6R)-2-[4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基]-6-(羟基甲基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三醇,是由美国Bristol-Myers Squibb公司和AstraZeneca公司联合开发的钠依赖性葡萄糖转运蛋白2 (sodiumglucose linked transporter 2,SGLT2)抑制剂.2012年1 1月,1在欧盟获批上市.2014年1月,美国FDA批准1用于改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制.1通过对SGLT2的抑制作用,减少葡萄糖在肾脏的重吸收,增加葡萄糖在尿液中的排泄从而起到降低血糖的作用[1].本文对1的合成综述如图1.
