Abstract
目的 建立抗痤霜的微生物限度检查方法.方法 采用《中国药典》(2010年版)微生物限度检查法对抗痤霜进行检查.结果 抗痤霜的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等数测定采用平皿法,其回收率＞70％,控制菌检查采用常规法.结论 上述两种方法可用于抗痤霜的微生物限度检查.
